I like this...even someone as perpetually happy as me has those times when I'm just not feeling it. Your suggestion of looking at your food choices, music selections, and other situations is right on the money. A nice hot bath in Epsom Salts with a few floating orange peels usually does the trick for me! And if it doesn't, I just go with it. Fully embrace the feeling, and know that the new day will bring the sunshine back.
Excellent tips. I agree with each of your tips. I've also discovered that pulling out crayons and a coloring book immediately shift my mood. Giving ourselves permission to be playful adds to a more joyful life experience.
