How do we incorporate or senses in our loving? Here are a few ways to bring sensory love to everyday life using all 6 senses.

Hear - Listen to those you love. Hear what they are saying but understand what they are meaning.

See - See all the important things, small things, loving things that your loved ones do for you. Appreciate those thing so that when the time comes, you won't feel that you have taken them for granted.

Smell - Embrace their natural essence. Tingle your sense of smell with their authentic aroma and indulge in its effects on you.

Taste - Savour the softness of each kiss and its intoxicating sweetness.

Feel - Caress your loved ones and wrap them up in the warmth of your love in an embrace that needs no words to express the love that is felt and shared.

Spiritual - Finally, allow our spirit to open up to the vastness and power of love. Let go of any thing that may hold you back or block the love inside of you and receiving the love that is there for you.
